We have been included in large infrastructure projects in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina where we advised clients in preparation of tender procedures, negotiations regarding FIDIC agreements and representation of clients before dispute adjudication board (DAB) formed under FIDIC contracts, and also international arbitrations. We advise our clients on construction of production plant facilities and warehouses, as well as long term lease agreements and other real estate matters.

JSP was included in several public private infrastructure projects in Serbia, such as development of the cargo hub center at the Belgrade airport, development of the Light Railway System in Belgrade, in which JSP acted with renowned global law firms and financial and technical advisers.
